Wildlife & Parks Department Punjab arrested four persons for illegally hunting Sambhar deer and importing pigeons without license. According to details, a team of the wildlife department raided Rampur area of Hudiara (Lahore) and arrested two Munir Hussain and Abdul Khaliq on the charges of illegally hunting Sambhar deer. The team also recovered a slaughtered deer from their possession.

However, as per law the team recovered a departmental fine of Rs 20,000 from them and disposed off the case while the slaughtered deer was auctioned for Rs 95,000.
